Jack is an American student. Every day, she says “ni hao” to his teachers and classmates at school. “Ni hao” means “Hello” in English.

Jack is learning Chinese. Now he can write his Chinese name and some easy Chinese characters (文字). And he can speak a little Chinese with people. He thinks Chinese is very difficult, but it’s also an interesting language. He loves Chinese history, so he wants to go to Beijing and Xi’an one day.
