Speaking. （我是）为省略句，完整 This is Lily speaking.

Wait a minute. Let me get my English book. （等一等，我去拿我的英语书。）

名词所有格，名词的后面加上's，表示所属关系，即，“某某人的……”。表示日期、时间距离 国家名称的无生命名词， 也可加's 构成所有格。

如：today's Englishhomework （今天的英语作业）

Beijing'sspring （北京的春天）

a week's time （一周的时间）

Write the new words five times. （抄写生词五遍。）

time 解释为“时间”时是不可数名词，而在本课解释为“次数”，是可数名词。“一次”用once表示，“两次”用twice， 三次以上用数字+times 表示，

如：three times （三次）， five times （五次），many times （许多次）。

Sorry. She isn't at home. （对不起，她不在家。）

be at home 是“在家”的意思， Is your mother at home? （你母亲在家吗？）

Call 有“呼唤”“喊叫”“命令”“打电话”等多种意思，

I am on my way to the library. （我在去图书馆的路上。）

on one's way to ……，“在去……的路上”

on one's way home 在回家的路上。
